How much insurance do you own ?
Our existing liability property management insurance policy is 1,000,000.

How do you gather rent?
We ask the tenants either to mail , bring in the payments to our office or direct deposit to the owners bank account.

What do you do if a tenant doesn’t pay rent on time ?
We serve a legal notice .

How do you deal with repair work?
We have compliant licensed contractors who provide their insurance and license information to us before they are ever allowed to work on any project in a home we manage.

Do you offer explanations of costs ?
We never charge for any unaccounted services. All repairs are invoiced and sent to you by email for your accounting purposes and ACH from your rental account or card on file .

How do you deal with unoccupied homes ?
We do a routine inspection of unoccupied units which includes flushing of toilets, changing of air filters, checks for leaks or break-ins .

How are property emergencies handled?
We call one of our licensed vendors to go the to the site , then immediately notify you .

What prices do you charge?
Our fee for service is 10% of the gross monthly rents for management with $95 being the minimum amount charged monthly.
